  When is my order shipped?
Most Orders received and released before 3:00pm Monday through Friday will be shipped out same day. If your order contains one of the few parts that are not currently in stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.).   When does my order begin to be processed after I checkout?
Immediately! We don't waste any time. We understand the importance of getting what you paid for in as fast a period of time as possible. Once you checkout, our sales people review the order to make sure it doesn't look fradulent, then, we verify your credit card to make sure there are sufficient funds, it is correct, and it is not being used fradulently. You will be contacted by a salespserson in the event something needs to be corrected and/or addressed.

  Is my information confidential?

 When will my credit card be charged?
We charge your credit card once your items have been shipped.

  How is my order shipped?
You get to choose the 'Shipping Method' from your 'Shopping Cart'. Shipping prices are listed next to the shipping method and are preceded by a hyphen(-).

  If I have problems getting my product(s) to work, can I expect to get support or even a replacement product?
Of course, we are confident you will be satisfied with the purchases of our products that we back every product by a warranty.
